Dane has always been very passionate about health and fitness and leads by example through his promotion of living well and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Dane is a Body Composition Specialist and an Integrative Medicine Practitioner with over 15 years experience helping others achieve their personal best in health and fitness. Dane is a qualified and registered Clinical Biochemist, Nutritionist and Exercise Scientist who has lectured at some of Australia’s leading nutrition and fitness institutes over the past 11 years, such as TAFE NSW, TAFE QLD, Open Colleges, the Australia College of Sport & Fitness, and the Australian Learning Group. Dane thrives on educating others and passing on the wisdom and knowledge he has acquired over the years to help other health professionals connect theory with practice to achieve optimal results.

Dane is a consultant Biochemist for companies such as Gen-Tec Nutrition, where he conducts research for the development, formulation and design of leading sports supplements Australia wide. Dane's enthusiasm for health began very early, believing you should never stop learning and acquiring knowledge. Simply put, Dane says, the more you know, the more you realise just how much there is to know. He has witnessed the shortfalls in the industry and how 'well-being' and body composition are constantly overlooked and incorrectly practiced. It's a demand that the industry wants and needs. As such Dane has studied extensively, and continues to study himself.

Dane's achievements don't end there. He has also competed internationally for bodybuilding. Since 2005, Dane has placed in the top three at the universe titles three times within NABBA, INBA and WFF and has won the Australian titles for his division three times.
