FSA Strength and Power Coach Level 1 (Strength & Speed)
The FSA Strength and Power Coach Level 1 course is designed for accredited fitness industry professionals, cross-trainers and strength and conditioning coaches with an interest in the theoretical and practical application and progression of strength, speed, agility and change of direction (CoD) techniques for their clients and athletes.
The 2 Day course includes;
Advanced Principles of Strength Training and Assessment,
Advanced Strength Activities for the Upper Limbs, Lower Limbs and Full Body,
Advanced Principles of Speed, Agility, RSA and CoD Development
Training for Peak Velocity,
The course has been developed to intentionally provide a practical activity intensive 2 Day workshop and skill development course.
