Advanced Strength and Conditioning and Olympic Lifts
The Advanced Strength Training & Olympic Lifting Techniques course is designed for accredited fitness industry professionals, cross-trainers and strength and conditioning coaches with an interest in the theoretical and practical application and progression of Olympic Weight-Lifting, Complex Training and Hybrid Training techniques for their clients and athletes.
The 1 Day course includes basic principles of screening and principles of warm-up, primary and advanced Olympic Lifting Techniques and associated lift progression principles.
The course is intentionally designed to be a 1 Day practical technique skill development course.
